-Beautiful river front home in a forested neighborhood set back from the road. -Large deck overlooking river, hot tub, deck heater, BBQ and fire pit. -1st floor marbled, spacious, well stocked kitchen with lunch bar, and plenty of space to spend with friends and family. -Laundry room with w/d, laundry rack and cozy house slippers. -2nd bedroom has queen bed and bunk bed off a marbled guest bathroom. -Living room & dining room look out a wall of windows at the river. The living room has a velvet sectional with a queen sleeper next to the fireplace; window seat and leather reading chair. The dining room seats 8 at the stunning wide wooden table. -The 2nd floor master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet and deck which looks out at the front of the house. -The master bathroom is truly stunning . The space is completely marbled with a jet bath, glass brick shower and makeup mirror. It also has a separate toilet room. -We also have a game room with a pool table, foosball and shuffle board.

Please note that our cleaning fee of $225 includes a $50 charge for professional spa cleaning after each and every guest. This cleaning is to ensure a sparkling spa for all guests to enjoy.

* We require all guest to complete a "short-term rental agreement" prior to completing the booking. This link will be provided for you after completing the reservation. * We ask that you are respectful of the neighbors at all times and not to walk onto their property. * The speed limit on the gravel road is 15 MPH, please obey this and don't speed on the gravel road as it creates dust, makes ruts and it becomes hard to drive on. * We do not allow smoking/vaping inside our home but you may do so outside on the property grounds. * No open fires of any kind! That includes fire works, fire pits, and charcoal BBW. Guests are welcome to use the gas BBQ grill, fire table and patio heater. Thanks from Smokey the Bear! * Do not use the indoor wood fire place. There is an electric fire place in the living room which provides a cozy and romantic atmosphere. We will install a gas fire place in the near future for guest enjoyment. * If you chose to swim/enter the river, please do so with extreme caution via the river bank steps. Do not leave rafts, boats, paddle boards, inner tubes laying on the river bank...pull them up the bank and properly stow them. * Don't use the fire poles, they are decorative only, if you are injured we are not liable. * Feel free to fish in the river but do so only after obtaining a permit and know this is a catch and release river. To obtain a permit do so on line at the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife website or any local recreational license dealer. * Do not leave any food trash outside as wild animals may come by to check it out. * Lastly, remember to turn off the fire pit, patio heater and cover the hot tub after using. ***WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURIES ACQUIRED WHILE USING THE PATIO HEATER OR FIRE PIT. We had an amazing stay at this riverside Airbnb after a long day of skiing. It was exactly what we needed to relax and warm up. The hot tub overlooking the river was definitely the highlight—soaking in the warm water with the cold air around us felt incredible after being on the slopes all day. Inside, the place was just as comfortable. The couch was super cozy, and we ended up spending most of the evening there, just talking, watching TV, and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. The whole space felt clean, welcoming, and well set up for a relaxing getaway. Between the beautiful riverside setting, the hot tub, and the comfortable living area, it was the perfect place to unwind after skiing. I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable retreat.
